1. Identification of the vendor

CHS is a French established commercial company (SAS or “société par actions simplifiée") duly organized and existing under the laws of France, duly registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Paris under the no. 891 970 006, whose Intracommunity VAT number is FR 33 891 970 006 and which registered offices are located at 18 Rue Pasquier 75008 Paris, FRANCE.

2. Scope and acceptance of the General Terms of Sale

The purchase of Products offered on the website www.celinehaddadstudio.com (hereafter the “Website”) is subject to these general terms of online sale (hereafter the “GTS”).

© Céline Haddad products (hereafter the “Products”) are exclusively intended to be sold to end consumers, natural persons or end customers legal entities, excluding all resellers or intermediaries acting on behalf of resellers (hereafter the “Customers”). Consequently, the Customer represents that he/she/it is acting as end consumer and that he/she/it has no intention of reselling the Products for commercial purpose.

© Céline Haddad reserves the right to amend these GTS at any time and the Customer’s use of the website following any amendments will represent his/her/its agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. © Céline Haddad therefore recommends that each time the Customer accesses www.celinehaddadstudio.com he/she/it reads these terms and conditions.

The applicable GTS at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract are those that are enforceable to, and binding on, the Customer.

Furthermore, with each purchase of Products on the Website, the Customer shall be asked to confirm the acceptance of applicable GTS on the date of placing his/her/its /her/its order. Said GTS can be viewed at the time he/she/it is asked to confirm that he/she/it accepts them. To substantiate this acceptance, the Customer must check the box hereunder “I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.”.


3. Terms of the Order

Any order placed on the Website shall imply express acceptance of the GTS and acceptance of the prices and Products available for sale on the Website.

The Customer who wants to place an order must comply with the following procedure:
1. Product choice: the Customer must select the Product that he/she/it would like to order.
2. Checking of the content of the Customer’s selection: the Customer checks the content of his/her/its /her/its bag whilst having the opportunity to delete the Products he/she/it has selected.
3. Identification: the Customer must complete the identification form made available to him/her/it and provide the requested information (mandatory information: title, surname, first name or corporate name, e-mail address, telephone number for the delivery).
4. Checking of the Customer’s order: the Customer checks the content of his/her/its /her/its order, the total price, the delivery and invoicing addresses while keeping the possibility of deleting a Product or modifying the invoicing or delivery address. The Customer confirms his/her/its /her/its method of delivery and payment. The Customer must confirm his/her/its /her/its acceptance of these GTS by checking the corresponding box. The validation of the order is only possible after having checked this box. From this step, the Customer cannot anymore modify and/or cancel his/her/its order.
5. Order acknowledgement of receipt: the Customer receives an e-mail summing up the content of his/her/its order, namely:- His/her/its delivery and invoicing addresses- The order number- The date of the order- The list of Products ordered and their amounts- The method of delivery (Customer’s address)The Customer is advised to keep this document, which is official proof of his/her/its order. The order is then registered and processed by © Céline Haddad which checks the availability of the Product(s) ordered. Any order placed implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the Products available for sale.
6. Confirmation of shipping of the order: the Customer receives an e-mail summarizing the content of his/her/its order, its price, the cost of transport and confirming the dispatch of the same. The contract is deemed to have been concluded on the date on which this e-mail is sent. If the Customer wants to obtain information concerning the progress of his/her/its order, he/she/it may log onto the website of the carrier chosen by © Céline Haddad and follow the transport of his/her/its parcel live.

A carrier tracking number will be provided to the Customer when his/her/its order is ready to be shipped confirmed.


4. Product availability

The offers of Products and prices of © Céline Haddad are valid while they are visible on the Website, and subject to stocks availability.

Errors or modifications can exceptionally occur, notably in the event of simultaneous orders of the same Product by several Customers.

In the event the Product is found unavailable after placing the order, © Céline Haddad shall inform the Customer by e-mail or by telephone as soon as possible, by offering that he/she/it either order another Product available on the Website as a replacement, or cancels his/her/its order at no cost.

© Céline Haddad shall not be held liable in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of Products for orders not yet accepted by © Céline Haddad.

© Céline Haddad reserves the right to change at any time and without prior notice the Products offered on the Website.

To ensure a better quality of service and availability of its Products with all of its online Customers, © Céline Haddad reserves the right to limit the quantity of Products that can be bought by a given Customer, this in accordance with the provisions applicable on the matter and notably those of Article L.121-11 of the French Consumer Code.

© Céline Haddad strives to ensure that its products are described as accurately as possible on its website, however it does not warrant that the description is accurate. Where © Céline Haddad becomes aware of any misdescription, it reserves the right to correct any error or omission.

Although all efforts are made to ensure that the color and pattern of the Products whose photos are displayed on the Website are faithful to the original Products, variations may occur, notably due to the technical limitations of color reproduction on the Customer’s computer equipment. Consequently, © Céline Haddad cannot be held liable for non-substantial errors or inaccuracies of photographs or graphic representations of Products appearing on the Website.

© Céline Haddad reserves the right not to accept an order from a Customer with whom it is in a dispute for a previous order, or if © Céline Haddad reasonably considers that this Customer has infringed these GTS or that he/she/it has been engaged in a fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason.


5. Price & Payment

© Céline Haddad’s prices are expressed in Euros. They include the legal value added tax and exclude customs duties, for orders outside of the EU that shall be borne by the Customer. Outside of the cases of reimbursement made (i) in connection with exercising the right of withdrawal or for (ii) lack of conformity and hidden defects, © Céline Haddad shall not reimburse the VAT applied to purchases made on the Website.

© Céline Haddad reserves the right to change at any time and without prior notice the prices of Products offered on the Website.

The Products are invoiced on the basis of tariffs displayed on the Website at the time when the Order is placed, subject to availability of the Products.

In the event of unavailability of certain Products ordered (see Article 4 “Product availability”), only the price and shipping costs related to the available Products shall be debited.

© Céline Haddad accepts payments by credit and debit cards (Visa, CB, MasterCard, American Express) and by payment apps: via PayPal and Apple pay.

This means that no banking information regarding the Customer transits via © Céline Haddad’s website.

Payment is therefore secure by the partners in charge of managing financial transaction.

Concerning PayPal payments, the provider of this payment processing service is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as “PayPal”). If the Customer chooses payment via PayPal, © Céline Haddad will share the payment information the Customer enters with PayPal. The legal basis for the sharing of his/her/ its data with PayPal is Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) as well as Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. b GDPR (processing for the fulfillment of a contract).

Protecting the Customer’s personal information and the orders placed through www.celinehaddadstudio.com is a priority. Payment transactions using common modes of paying (Visa/MasterCard/American Express, debit to your bank account) are processed exclusively via encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data the Customer sends to © Céline Haddad over the internet, so that third parties will not be able to read the payment information shared with © Céline Haddad. If SSL is enabled then the Customer can recognize an encrypted connection by checking whether the address line of the browser switches from “http://” to “https://” and also by the appearance of the lock icon in the browser line.

The charges for any transactions made on www.celinehaddadstudio.com are only debited from the Customer’s card once the Checkout process is complete.

The order will then be recorded and validated on acceptance of the payment by the banking service.


6. Retention of Title and Ownership

The ordered Products remain the property of © Céline Haddad until full payment of the price by © Céline Haddad has been received.


7. Terms and conditions of delivery

Handling and shipping costs depend on the country and the total amount of the order. They shall be indicated at checkout. © Céline Haddad may offer free shipping on certain products. This shall be indicated on the product page and/or at checkout.

If the order reaches a certain volume © Céline Haddad may send it to the Customer in several deliveries and/or several packages.

If delivery is made to non-EU countries, any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees are payable by the Customer, not to the provider however, but rather to the local customs and tax authorities. Before placing an order, the Customer is advised to make enquiries with his/her/its local customs and tax authorities.

© Céline Haddad cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes (which fall under the Customer’s responsibility) and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

For all the Products, the order is prepared for departure from © Céline Haddad’s offices within a maximum period of three (3) working days (subject to stock availability and except for the special case of Products sold “on pre-order” for which the sheet indicates the specific estimated time of delivery) from confirmation by e-mail of the order. The average period between the placing of an order and its delivery is from four (4) to fourteen (14) working days.

By exception to the above mentioned time frames, “pre-order” transactions may be subject to shipping periods that might exceed the estimated shipping time. The estimated shipping time for “pre-order” transactions may be as long as six (6) to nine (9) months as of the date of the order, as mentioned in the purchase process.

Exceeding this estimated period may not give rise to any cancellation of the order, reduction in the price paid by the Customer, or to any damages. Customer is further informed that in some special cases (e.g. products marketed on “pre-order”), the periods indicated above can be longer. However, failure to deliver within a period of thirty (30) days from the maximum estimated time of delivery, the Customer shall have the possibility to cancel the said order at no cost. The sums that he/she/it will have paid will then be reimbursed. In cases where it has the capacity to do so, ©Céline Haddad reserves the possibility to offer the Customer a Product of equivalent quality and price as the initial product.

Generally, all of the parcels are shipped via La Poste, Colissimo or Chronopost. A delivery note is attached to the parcel. Customer is encouraged to keep it as it will serve as proof of delivery.

In the event of an incomplete address, incorrect address, inability to place the parcel in the Customer’s letterbox, refusal of the parcel by the recipient, lack of information making it impossible to deliver the Product to the recipient at the appointed time, ©Céline Haddad cannot be held liable for the complete, final, completion of this delivery.

The Customer is subject to the general terms of delivery of the carrier that, in some cases, if he/she/it does not submit to them can impact the quality of the delivery.

Accordingly, in the event of absence of the recipient, according to the general terms of delivery of the carrier, the product may be presented again and/or left at an agreed drop-off point and/or in front of the Customer’s home and or in a “sorting – pending” centre of the carrier and/or returned to © Céline Haddad who shall in no event be held responsible for any theft of, loss, or damage to the Products in connection with to their delivery and, more generally, the final quality of the delivery.

Articles shall only be delivered in normal household quantities and only to end consumers.


8. Right of withdrawal/Cancel Right

Pursuant to Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which he/she/it or a third party other than the carrier designated by the Customer has taken possession of the last Products.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

For any return, the Customer shall contact the customer service via e-mail at shop@celinehaddadstudio.com to inform it of his/her/its decision to use his/her/its right of withdrawal.

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the Customer. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Products are borne by the Customer.

In order for the customer service to accept the exchange and/or reimbursement, the Product must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice to © Céline Haddad CHS - 18 Rue Pasquier - 75008 Paris, FRANCE. The Customer shall not have to justify the reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.

© Céline Haddad cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the parcel.

The costs for the return shipment as well as any related costs for importing the goods back to © Céline Haddad shall be borne by the Customer.

Any return must be made by a traceable method (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, return receipt requested, etc.) and the tracking number must be provided to © Céline Haddad.

Upon receipt of the Product returned by the Customer, © Céline Haddad shall send a confirmation of receipt of the Product by e-mail.

To receive a refund for any reason within thirty (30) days of original order date, the Customer has to ensure that he/she/it complies with the instructions below:

If the product is being returned because the Customer has changed his/her/its mind, the Customer has to make sure the item or items are in the same condition he/she/it received them in, with all tags still attached. Items cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way. Failure to comply with these requirements will cause the Customer’s refund to be rejected and returned to him/her/it at his/her/its cost.

For faulty product/warranty claims outside of the thirty (30) day return period, the Customer is pleased to email his/her/its contact details with a description of the fault to shop@celinehaddadstudio.com. If possible he/she/it is pleased to include the original invoice number and the product’s style number. The product’s style number can usually be located inside the product attached to the care label. © Céline Haddad will respond to the Customer’s email and provide him/her/it with additional information so that the claim may be submitted and assessed.

Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, © Céline Haddad is entitled to choose between providing the Customer with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy. To obtain compensation, the Customer would need to provide documentary evidence of the loss or damage suffered, and documentary evidence that such loss or damage was a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a failure by © Céline Haddad to comply with a consumer guarantee under the French Consumer Law.

In the event that a faulty return shipment is requested, © Céline Haddad reserves the right to nominate a preferred International courier. Please note that if the product is deemed not to be faulty, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from any refunded value. If the product has been assessed by © Céline Haddad as falling into one of the above categories, the credit card/ method used to process the original transaction will be used to process the refund for the full purchase price of each returned product within seven (7) days of receiving the garment.

All refunds will be processed in line with the timeframes as stated above, and will be processed in the currency in which the Customer purchased the item in.

Unless the product is deemed to be faulty, in the event that the returned product has been assessed as being worn, damaged, altered or has had tags removed, or have been returned outside of the stipulated timeframe, © Céline Haddad will be unable to process the return and will contact the Customer within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving his/her/its product(s) advising him/her/it of this. At this time ©Céline Haddad will provide you with options regarding it returning the product or products to the Customer at his/her/its cost.

If the Customer wishes to exchange a product for a different size, style or color, he/she/it is pleased to email shop@celinehaddadstudio.com or follow the returns process and initiate a new and separate order.

The Customer may also arrange his/her/its exchange or return on the following site: https://www.celinehaddadstudio.com/return. Once he/she/it submits the returns form, he/she/it will receive an email with information on how to send his/her/its return back to © Céline Haddad.


9. Statutory warranties

The Products sold by © Céline Haddad are subject to the conditions of statutory warranties provided by Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code as well as by Articles 1641 through 1648 of the Civil Code, to the exclusion of any other warranties.

© Céline Haddad shall refuse any complaint for Products that have been used contrary to their intended use.

Any complaint regarding the Products in their current form and without relation to the delivery must be submitted by e-mail to shop@celinehaddadstudio.com.

© Céline Haddad shall deliver to the Customer a Product that complies with the contract and which is exempt from conformity defects at the time of the delivery of said Product, to the extent that the Product shall be fit for the use normally expected of similar goods and that it shall have the characteristics featured during the sale. © Céline Haddad is also liable for conformity defects resulting from the packaging, assembly or installation instructions provided such liability as agreed by contract or such processes where made under its responsibility.

© Céline Haddad shall ship to the Customer a Product free of hidden defects that would make it unfit for the use for which it was intended, or that substantially decreases this use, that he/she/it would not have acquired it or would have paid a lower price if he/she/it had been aware of them.


10. Limitation of liability

In no event may © Céline Haddad be held liable for any damage which does not result from a failure by © Céline Haddad to honor one of its obligations.


11. Personal data

© Céline Haddad is committed to protecting the privacy of all Customers. © Céline Haddad will use and disclose personal information for the primary purpose for which it was collected. © Céline Haddad does not disclose personal information it collects to third parties without the Customer’s consent, other than for the purposes of facilitating a service to him/her/it, which was the purpose for which the information was provided, or otherwise necessitated by law. Any changes to the Company’s privacy policy will be displayed on this website. © Céline Haddad does not handle or retain the Customer’s credit card details when processing transactions.

© Céline Haddad encourages the Customer to contact it if he/she/it requires access to his/her/its personal information, and © Céline Haddad encourages the Customer to help it keep his/her/its information accurate and up to date. © Céline Haddad will securely destroy any information provided, upon request. © Céline Haddad pleases the Customer to contact info@celinehaddadstudio.com if he/she/it has any concerns about the Company’s privacy policy statement or if he/she/it wishes to access or amend his/her/its private information.

The personal information that © Céline Haddad collects may include, but is not limited to:
- The Customer’s First Name, Last Name and Email Address
- Home Address, Billing Address and Phone Numbers
- Date of Birththe Name of the Domain from which the Customer accesses the Internet
- The Date and Time the Customer accesses © Céline Haddad’s Website.
- Any other information the Customer supplies to © Céline Haddad.

© Céline Haddad will collect personal information from the Customer by lawful and fair means and not in an unreasonably intrusive way.

© Céline Haddad collects personal information for the purposes of conducting normal business services. This collect shall be processed in strict compliance with the provisions of Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and the regulation (EU) 2016/679, general regulation on data protection. The personal information it collects from the Customer will include information he/she/it gives © Céline Haddad when he/she/it:
- Creates a © Céline Haddad account
- Joins © Céline Haddad’s mailing list
- Requests a return or exchange
- Processes online purchases and payments
- Requests a repair or replacement
- Pre-orders from upcoming products
- Requests to be added on a waitlist for a product
- Contacts © Céline Haddad via customer service (including social media and live chat).

When the Customer visits © Céline Haddad’s Website, © Céline Haddad may place cookies on his/her/its browser to enhance and manage © Céline Haddad’s website and improve the Company’s business and the services it provides to the Customer.

Cookies can be managed by accessing the individual settings in the Customer’s browser.

By using the website and agreeing to this policy, the Customer grants © Céline Haddad permission to place and store cookies on browser. Cookies may be used by the Company to collect the following information:

Generally, © Céline Haddad uses and disclose the Customer’s personal information for the purpose of providing him/her/it with the goods or services that he/she/it has requested, or otherwise to enable © Céline Haddad to carry out its business as an online retailer of goods and services.

If those purposes for which © Céline Haddad has collected the information involve providing personal information about an individual to any third party, the Company will take appropriate and reasonable steps to ensure any personal information is protected. © Céline Haddad will generally only use personal information for marketing if the Customer has given express or implied consent.

© Céline Haddad may also provide the Customer’s information to third parties that provide services to the Company, including third parties that provide © Céline Haddad’s payment gateway, marketing, logistics and technology support services.

© Céline Haddad take steps to protect the personal information it holds against loss, unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure and against other misuse. When no longer required, personal information is destroyed in a secure manner or deleted.

This encrypts and protects the data the Customer sends to © Céline Haddad over the internet. If SSL is enabled then the Customer will see a padlock at the top of his/her/its browser and he/she/it can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

The Customer will also notice that when he/she/it looks at the location (URL) field at the top of his/her/its internet browser he/she/it will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:' - this means that the Customer is in secure mode and environment.

If the Customer would like to subscribe to the newsletter offered on this website, ©Céline Haddad will need from him/her/it an e-mail address as well as information that allow the Company to verify that the Customer is the owner of the e-mail address provided and consent to the receipt of the newsletter. No further data shall be collected or shall be collected only on a voluntary basis. © Céline Haddad shall use such data only for the sending of the requested information and shall not share such data with any third parties.

The data deposited with © Céline Haddad for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by the Company until the Customer unsubscribes from the newsletter or the newsletter service provider and deleted from the newsletter distribution list after he/she/it unsubscribes from the newsletter. Data stored for other purposes with © Céline Haddad remain unaffected. The Customer can unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link in © Céline Haddad’s emails.

© Céline Haddad ’s website is hosted by an external service provider (host). Personal data collected on this website are stored on the servers of the host. These may include, but are not limited to, IP addresses, contact requests, metadata and communications, contract information, contact information, names, web page access, and other data generated through a web site.

The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with © Céline Haddad’s potential and existing customers and in the interest of secure, fast and efficient provision of our online services by a professional provider. © Céline Haddad’s host will only process the Customer’s data to the extent necessary to fulfill its performance obligations and to follow our instructions with respect to such data.

In order to guarantee processing in compliance with data protection regulations, ©Céline Haddad has concluded an order processing contract with its host.


12. Intellectual Property Rights

All documents, information, texts, graphs, images, photographs or any other content published on www.celinehaddadstudio.com are the exclusive property of © Céline Haddad. Consequently, they may not be reproduced, exploited or used for any purpose whatsoever, without the express authorization of the publication manager.

© Céline Haddad is the owner of all the intellectual property (with the exception of authors’ moral rights) pertaining to Products and distinctive trademarks and signs under which the Products are marketed.

The Customer acknowledges without reservations the intellectual property rights of © Céline Haddad and undertakes not to infringe them in any manner howsoever. More specifically, the Customer expressly undertakes not to manufacture, sell, provide a licence or market in any manner howsoever, directly or through a third party, for its benefit or the benefit of a third party, the Products, imitations or reproductions of the Products or the intellectual property rights pertaining to the Products and trademarks belonging to © Céline Haddad.


13. Buyer Protection

© Céline Haddad does not authorize any products for sale through individuals, unauthorized retail locations, websites or online auction sites. For the Customer’s own safety, when purchasing © Céline Haddad online, it is recommended that he/she/it only buys through the official © Céline Haddad Online store www.celinehaddadstudio.com.

This is the Customer’s only guarantee that the © Céline Haddad product he/she/it is purchasing is genuine and not the result of theft or counterfeit.

© Céline Haddad takes the suspected sale of unlawfully obtained and counterfeit © Céline Haddad products very seriously. Any suspicious activity is referred to the police for investigation and further legal action.

To report any concerns or suspected illegal activity, the Customer is pleased to contact shop@celinehaddadstudio.com. All communication is in strict confidence.


14. Force majeure

"Force majeure" means all external unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances, beyond the reasonable control of the party which is suffering a force majeure case.

In the situation where © Céline Haddad is prevented or delayed by a force majeure case in honoring its commitments, © Céline Haddad undertakes to inform the Customer within 96 hours by specifying the exact elements constituting the force majeure, the reasonably foreseeable period of delay or prevention. © Céline Haddad shall then be exempt from the liability in connection with the non-performance or delay in performance of its obligations but undertakes to use its best efforts to resume full performance without further delay. In such a case of force majeure,  ©Céline Haddad may exercise its discretionary right to terminate the order or any part thereof, without being held liable, except however that © Céline Haddad shall be responsible to reimburse the Customer for any amounts already paid. In no event shall the Customer invoke a case of force majeure to release himself/herself/itself even temporarily from an obligation to pay a sum of money.


15. Governing law – Disputes

These GTS shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with French law. The binding language of this contract is French.

In the event of a dispute the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction. However, in accordance with Regulation CE 593/2008 of the 17 June 2008, these GTS do not prevent the application of a more favorable mandatory non-waivable provisions to the Customer, and as may applicable based on the Customer’s normal place of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the performance and/or the interpretation of these GTS, the Customer may submit such dispute to a contractually-agreed mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution procedure. Pursuant to Ordinance No. 2015-1033 of 20 August 2015 and to the application decree No. 2015-1382 of 30 October 2015, any consumer dispute or litigation, subject to Article L.612-2 of the Consumer Code, may be the subject of an amicable settlement by mediation through the CMAP - Paris Centre of Mediation and Arbitration. In order to bring a complaint before the mediator, the Customer may (i) fill in the form on the CMAP website www.cmap.fr, tab “you are: a consumer”, (ii) send his/her/its request by first class mail or registered letter to: CMAP  - Médiation Consommation, 39 avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, 75008 PARIS, or (iii) send an e-mail to consommation@cmap.fr. Irrespective of the means used to contact CMAP, the Customer’s request must contain the following elements in order to be processed rapidly: his/her/its postal address, e-mail address and telephone number, as well as the full name and address of © Céline Haddad, a clear statement of the facts, and proof of previous steps taken with © Céline Haddad.Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case of a dispute, in accordance with Regulation No. 1215/2012 of 12 December 2012:
- The Customer may bring the matter before the competent court of his/her/its domicile or the French courts,
- © Céline Haddad may bring the matter before the court of the Customer’s domicile.
